Located in the heart of Paris, on a 6,000 m2 plot, this emblematic building from the 1960s, and historic headquarters of SMA BTP, acquired in 2017 by SFL, has been completely restructured into a contemporary business center.

SFL has entrusted the management and monitoring of the construction site to LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel for the audiovisual scope of the shared spaces: auditorium, multipurpose rooms, and relaxation areas.

LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel worked on 3 main issues: stay on the schedule, manage delivery schedule despite long lead time and maintain the performance level of the integrated technologies.
