Gourmet Invest has acquired an existing restaurant at 9 quai de Montebello, La Bouteille d'Or, in the 5th district of Paris, and started a five-months refurbishement work that transformed it into an establishment of about 130 covers on the ground floor, including 2 private rooms, with a lounge / bar on the first floor.,

Gourmet Invest has integrated, with the project management of LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel, an installation of a sound system for the musical diffusion in the various spaces of the restaurant. The challenge of the project was the design of a high-end sound system to meet the requirements of pressure, frequency response and aesthetics while respecting the acoustic recommendations of META.
