Grand Cubzaguais Community Council started in 2019 the construction of the Public Services House, in Saint-André-de-Cubzac. This place is intended to deliver an offer of proximity services for everyone. LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel won the technical design & implementation follow-up contract for multiple domains. That led to 2 principal aspects :

• IT & Telecoms : Internet Providers, phone, LAN & WLAN infrastructure
• AV & Multimedia : control rooms, communication systems, AV infrastructure, sound, video & VC equipments
