The Crédit Agricole Centre France has undertaken the complete renovation and extension of its regional headquarters located at 73 Bd François Mitterrand in Clermont-Ferrand.

LM Ingénierie intervened as AMO alongside the CACF on a complete mission going from the expression of needs to the definition of technical solutions and all the necessary conservatory measures, passing through various synthesis and prototyping phases, up to the follow-up of the deployment and the commissioning.

The main challenge was to respond in a pragmatic and coherent way to the great multiplicity of spaces addressed, which respond to a wide variety of uses and users. The precision of the integration of the solutions in the respect of the architectural aesthetics, while maintaining the objectives of performances, was also a predominant subject.

The latest technologies were deployed with particular attention given to the reliability and scalability of the solutions and their ease of management and maintenance.
