Within the project of renovating its head office in the 16th district of Paris, Covivio, brought LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel as the audiovisual consultant to design and follow up the implementation of a whole set of meeting rooms, reception rooms and a manager’s office.

LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel designed the audiovisual infrastructure and fulfilled all the work and the communication needs of Covivio.

A challenge during this project was the scaling of specific spaces which can fit for work meetings and convivial workshops and at the same time be open on the office complex. The meeting rooms has been designed to anticipate future evolutions to visioconferencing room with the accurate sizing of electric needs.
