In 2019, the District Council of Loir et Cher launched a renovation phase of the Disctrict Building, located in Blois in the former convent of the Visitandines. The first phase of this renovation concerns the Kléber Loustau room.  

The Loir-et-Cher Departmental Council is an establishment open to the public . It includes the Kléber Loustau room, which is an assembly hall. It is mainly used for two types of events :

Session with the elected officials and the president of the council,

Conference with a speaker and his audience

The contract won by LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel consists in renovating the audiovisual equipment of the Kléber Loustau room, allowing an interconnection with the other spaces of the site, developing new uses and promoting their adoption, for example, with the integration of solutions compatible with the GSuite tools (Google) recently deployed at the Departmental Council.
