In 2015, the County Council of Haute Garonne, aware of the technical evolutions linked to the digital technologies, launched a project to renovate and modernize the workings tools in the assembly room. This project includes the dematerialization of files, the electronical vote, the improvement of audio-visual recording and broadcasting conditions, and the links with exterior (streaming, videoconference).

To realize this project, CD31 wanted to have a technical and organizational assistance.

In 2016, LM-Ingénierie won the Project Owner Assistance contract for the modernization of the infrastructures and the equipment of the assembly room.
