Bordeaux Métropole (formerly CUB) started in summer 2017 a refurbishement of the council hall in its headquarters.

LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel worked as AV consultant for the diagnosis of the AV systems, environmental constraints (lighting, daylight, HVAC) and for the needs definition.

Based on those elements, LM Ingénierie Audiovisuel did a feasability study and a Detailled Design for the renovation, with a 3-years investment plan, which served as a basis for a first phase of renovation and refurbishement in 2018.
